The disposable plastic applicator facilitates the targeted introduction of gel or cream.

Do not use applicators for creams/gels in pregnancy! With awkward handling, there is a risk of injury, since in pregnant women the area around the cervix (portio) is very sensitive. Ask your doctor.Contents

Instructions for Use
Thoroughly wash your hands.
- Fill the applicator with the gel or cream. Screw the applicator onto the tube and carefully squeeze the gel or cream out of the tube until the indicated dosage mark is reached.
- Remove the applicator from the tube.
- Insert the applicator as deeply as possible into the vagina. This is most simply performed lying down with the legs slightly raised. In this position, the pelvic muscles are relaxed.
- Once you have correctly positioned the applicator, empty it by gently pressing down on the plunger.
- Remove the empty applicator from the vagina without pulling on the plunger, as some of the gel or cream would otherwise be sucked back into the applicator.
- Once used, dispose of single-use applicators in the household waste.
